Grant Williams of Celina High in Texas, an Arkansas signee, took third in the men's 400-meter hurdles final in 51.02 seconds at the USATF U20 Championships at Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore. Williams has the opportunity to represent the U.S. at the World Under-20 Championships on Aug. 1-6 in Colombia, since second-place finisher Yan Vazquez has decided to represent Puerto Rico at the event.
